Tournament Info:

For confirmation, check "Teams Entered". Please check for correct team and coach name, e-mail if changes need to be made prior to tournament.


Brackets and Schedules:

Friday games will be scheduled after 6:00pm. Although we will do our best to meet your request or your desired bracket, the tournament staff will make necessary changes for the good of the tournament. We will be playing 7v7 for U10, 9v9 for U11 & U12, and 11v11 for U13-U18. U10 7v7 teams can have up to 3 guest players. All other age groups can have up to 6 guest players. Rosters can be brought to the tournament — please remember they MUST be signed by either a club or association registrar. Schedules will be posted no later than 5 days prior to your team’s start of the tournament.

RV's Are $75 for the Weekend
Tents are $25 for the Weekend
Camping is first come, first serve. We will open up camping on Thursday from 7:00-9:00pm and then again Friday 7:00am-2:00pm and 9:00-10:00pm. Applications can be found on the tournament webpage. We accept cash, check and cards for payment at check in.
Payment is taken at the field, we accept cash, check or card.

Refund Policy

A refund of all but $50 of your registration fees may be given if a team needs to withdraw no later than two weeks prior to the tournament start date. No refund will be given for team that withdrawals after that date. No refund will be given if SYSC asks a team to leave the tournament due to misconduct.  If the club removes teams due to an age group cancellation a full refund will be issued.  If the club does not accept a team that has paid a full refund will be given.


Parking is $20 for a weekend pass or $10 per day. Please park where the attendants ask you to park if you wish to park in the tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will make it much easier and faster for everyone to get to their players’ games. Coaches: We will no longer have a coach parking lot nor we will provide free parking for coaches. "NEW" drop off zone with directions for access.


Please be aware you will be parking in grass fields and pastures.

Manager Information

We do not mail our team packets. Everything will be posted on the website or handed out when the team “checks in”. “Check-in” must be done no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of your FIRST game.


Manager Checklist


  • Must have a club roster signed by the Association Registrar (all guest players must be approved by registrar).


  • Must have current medical release forms.Player cards are not a requirement but if there is an incident on the fields a tournament official or referee might ask for player ID or a verification of DOB.


  • For additional questions please verify sanctioning papers posted on Washington Youth Soccer Association web site.


Now Offering Camping

We are no longer accepting pre paid applications!


All campers will be required to fill out the attached form at the time of arrival.  All camping spots are on a first come first serve basis.  We will place campers on the field beginning Friday morning, from roughly 8:00am-3:00p.m., then again early Saturday morning.  No admittance will be allowed during game play!


Absolutely no vehicle activity on the fields during game times. All camping vehicles will be able to leave from around the perimeter after last games on Monday unless you make arrangments with tournament staff. All camping is along the perimeter of the fields only. There are no showers or water facilities available. Security is on site every night of the event. All campers with additional vehicles will have to park their cars on the far west parking lot.


If a participant wishes to park extra vehicle(s) in the main lot they must purchase a general admission parking pass. Camper vehicle parking passes are restricted to the pasture lot on the west side of Lincoln Avenue throughout the tournament.

Spectator Rules

NO DOGS are allowed on the fields - NO EXCEPTIONS!  Spectator parking is available in the lot for $20 for a weekend pass or $10 per day. Please park where the attendants ask you to park if you wish to park in the tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will make it much easier and faster for everyone to get to their players’ games.


If any player on a team or a team itself is caught vandalizing property around the area, they may be disqualified from the tournament.The tournament staff is extremely busy during the last couple weeks before the tournament.
