Uniform Order Form
United players can use the form below to order their uniforms from the club. Uniforms are included in your all inclusive fees. The $10 shipping fee can be removed by using the promo code UNITED at check out. There should be NO CHARGE for your uniform order. The kits includes: 2 pairs of shorts, 2 jerseys, and 2 pairs socks, sweat jacket, training shirt, sweat pants, backpack and rain jacket. You will receive a shipping confirmation from Soccer.com with a tracking number when your items ship. Uniforms will be shipped directly to players home address.
