REFUND POLICY
The full entry fee, less a $25 Administrative Fee, will
be refunded no later than two weeks prior to the tournament
start date. No refund will be given for team withdrawals
after that date.

CHECK-IN
Must be done no later than 30 minutes before your first
game. Roster must be turned in at this time. No changes may
be made to the roster after first game is played. Failure to
submit a roster may result in forfeit. Remember to allow
enough time for players that need to purchase player cards
(see below).
PLAYER CARDS
All players must have a current player card with them in
order to play. NO CARD - NO PLAY! You can renew or purchase
a player card at the tournament check-in area. Checks or
cash only.

*All card prices include a $5 processing fee.
EVENT SCHEDULE
Beer Garden open Saturday and Sunday. Music from Majik
starting at 8 p.m. Pancake breakfast Saturday and Sunday
mornings for $3.50.
BRACKETS/SCHEDULES
Although we will do our best to meet your request or your
desired bracket, the tournament staff will make necessary
changes for the good of the tournament.
- Co-Ed:
A co-ed division will be
included if we receive a minimum of four co-ed team entries.
- Women Over-50: We will try, once
again, to create a division for this group.
CAMPING
Camping fee is $20 per site. Please have your
camping permit request (PDF) filled out when you arrive
at the complex. Campers will be allowed to enter the field
beginning at 8:00 a.m. Friday morning. Camp sites are on a
first-come, first-served basis. There are no reservations.
Please remember there is no driving on and off the field
once your camp site is set up. There are no dogs allowed on
the complex, including your camping area.
FIELD RULES
The tournament staff is extremely busy the two weeks
prior to the tournament, therefore no messages will be
answered via phone or e-mail if the information you are
asking about is posted on the website or stated on the
tournament hotline. If you do leave a message or e-mail,
please do so just one time, phone message or e-mail … not
both. All messages will be returned within a 24-hour period.
- NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COMPLEX. Please make sure
that all your players and spectators know this!
- No alcohol consumption is allowed by the players during
a game. If this becomes an issue, referees have been
instructed to call the game, and the offending team will be
disqualified and removed from the tournament.
- There is NO driving on the fields from the time the
tournament starts until the last game is over.
- All vehicles not used for camping need to remain in the
large parking lot.
