TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Please do not EMAIL or
CALL with scheduling request. If you are a coach with
multiple teams please ensure you have an assistant coach
to cover in the event you have games scheduled at the
same time. All teams will play One game per day Thursday
thru Saturday. We will not make adjustments so a team
can play two games on Friday to avoid playing on a
Thursday for teams traveling.
BRACKETS/SCHEDULES
We will not take personal requests if you
are a coach with multiple teams for your teams not to
play at the same time or not to play on a certain day as
you might have your other team playing elsewhere.
Please make sure you have a strong assist coach in place
should the need arise. We apologize but this creates to
many scheduling conflicts.
Although as a tournament staff we do our best to meet all
the game requests given for each team, however it is not
possible to honor them all. If you have any real schedule
issues, please send ONE e-mail only to
snohomishsoccer@snohomishyouthsoccer.org.

THE OFFICE.
Most important is to check schedules regularly up to game
time. If your team has any schedule changes from Wednesday
on, your team will be notified directly via e-mail.

MANAGER CHECK LIST
- Must have a club
roster signed by the Association Registrar (all guest
players must be approved by registrar).
- Must have current
medical release forms.
- Player cards are not a
requirement but if there is an incident on the fields a
tournament official or referee might ask for player ID
or a verification of DOB.
- For additional
questions please verify sanctioning papers posted on
Washington Youth Soccer Association web site.
REFUND POLICY
A refund of all but $50
of your registration fees may be given if a team needs
to withdraw no later than two weeks prior to the
tournament start date. No refund will be given for team
that withdrawals after that date. No refund will
be given if SYSC asks a team to leave the tournament due
to misconduct. If the club removes teams due to an
age group cancellation a full refund will be issued.
If the club does not accept a team that has paid a full
refund will be given.

CAMPING
We are no longer accepting pre paid applications!
All campers will be required to fill out the attached
form at the time of arrival. All camping spots are on a
first come first serve basis.
We
will place campers on the field beginning
Wednesday
morning, from roughly 8-5 p.m., then again
early
Thursday morning. No admittance will be allowed
during game play!
Absolutely no vehicle
activity on the fields during game times. All camping
vehicles will be able to leave from around the perimeter
after last games on Sunday. All camping is along the
perimeter of the fields only. There are no showers ore
water facilities available. Security is on site every
night of the event. All campers with additional vehicles
will have to park their cars on the far west parking
lot.

PARKING
Parking is $15 for a
weekend pass or $5 per day. Please park where the
attendants ask you to park if you wish to park in the
tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated and will make it much easier and faster for
everyone to get to their players’ games. Coaches: We
will no longer have a coach parking lot nor we will
provide free parking for coaches.
Please be aware you will be parking in grass fields and
pastures.

ADDITIONAL RULES/INFORMATION
- NO DOGS ALLOWED ON OUR
COMPLEX, CAMPERS INCLUDED! Citations will be issued.
- Rosters can be brought to the tournament. Please
remember they MUST be signed either by a club or association
registrar and turned in at least 1/2 hour before your first
game. No roster changes can be made after your first game
has started.
- We do not mail out team packets. Everything will either
be posted on the website or handed out when the team “checks
in”.
- U11 will be playing 9v9 for this tournament.
- A dance for the players will be held Friday evening,
beginning at 8:30 p.m.
CONDUCT
If any player on a team or team itself is caught
vandalizing property around the area, the player or team may
be disqualified from the tournament.
