applications that we received we were not able accept
every team. We hope to see you next year!

Although as a tournament staff we do our best to meet all
the game requests given for each team, however it is not
possible to honor them all. If you have any real schedule
issues, please send ONE e-mail only to
snohomishbigfoot@verizon.net.

Most important is to check schedules regularly up to game
time. If your team has any schedule changes from Wednesday
on, your team will be notified directly via e-mail.

Campers - if you do not receive your permit before you head
to the complex, we have records here and can issue a permit
when you arrive. We will place campers on the field
beginning Wed. evening, from roughly 2-11 p.m., then again
early Thursday morning, as you need to be on the field by
6:30 a.m. If you did not pre-arrange for a permit, please
check at the registration building.
PARKING
Parking is $15 for a weekend pass or $5 per day. Please
park where the attendants ask you to park if you wish to
park in the tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is
greatly appreciated and will make it much easier and faster
for everyone to get to their players’ games. Coaches: There are two coach parking passes in each
packet. We will no longer have a coach parking lot. Coaches
will park in the large lot but will not need to pay for
parking. Parking attendants have a list of the teams and
will allow two coaches for each team into the lot.
ADDITIONAL RULES/INFORMATION
- NO DOGS ALLOWED ON OUR COMPLEX, CAMPERS INCLUDED!
- Rosters can be brought to the tournament. Please
remember they MUST be signed either by a club or association
registrar and turned in at least 1/2 hour before your first
game. No roster changes can be made after your first game
has started.
- We do not mail out team packets. Everything will either
be posted on the website or handed out when the team “checks
in”.
- U11 will be playing 9v9 for this tournament.
- A dance for the players will be held Friday evening,
beginning at 8:30 p.m.
CONDUCT
If any player on a team or team itself is caught
vandalizing property around the area, the player or team may
be disqualified from the tournament.
The tournament staff is extremely busy the last couple
weeks before the tournament. If you have questions that are
not found either on the website or tournament hotline,
360-568-5901, please leave ONE message for us. You can do
this either via e-mail (preferred) at

or on the tournament hotline number above.
