Parking
Parking is $10 for a weekend pass. Please park where the attendants ask you to park if you wish to park in the tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will make it much easier and faster for everyone to get to their games.
Please be aware you will be parking in grass fields and pastures.
Check-In
“Check-in” must be done no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of your FIRST game. Roster must be turned in at this time. No changes may be made to the roster after the first game is played. Failure to submit a roster may result in a forfeit. Remember to allow enough time for players that need to purchase player cards (see below).
Tournament Information
Tournament deadline is July 3rd, 2023. For confirmation, check your email. Please check for correct team and coach name, e-mail if changes need to be made prior to tournament.
Player Cards
We accept Cascadia Adult Soccer/US Club Soccer Cards, WSASA, GSSL and other state and province issued cards.
Weekend player pass cards are available to purchase online below for $15 until 9:00pm Thursday. Save time & money! You can pick them up before your game on Saturday. We will also be at the tournament selling Tournament Passes for $20
All players must have a current player card with them in order to play. NO CARD - NO PLAY!
Spectator Rules
NO DOGS are allowed on the fields - NO EXCEPTIONS! Spectator parking is available in the lot for $10 for a weekend pass. Please park where the attendants ask you to park if you wish to park in the tournament parking lot. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will make it much easier and faster for everyone to get to their players’ games.
Field Rules
- NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COMPLEX. Please make sure that all your players and spectators know this!
- No alcohol consumption is allowed by the players during a game. If this becomes an issue, referees have been instructed to call the game, and the offending team will be disqualified and removed from the tournament.
- There is NO driving on the fields from the time the tournament starts until the last game is over. All vehicles not used for camping need to remain in the large parking lot.
