UNITED COMMITMENT:

Volunteer-driven with professional results, the club’s backbone are three gentlemen to whom the club owes a major debt of gratitude.

Club Vice President of Competition Gerard Legall has been with United nearly 20 years and has been a leader both on and off the pitch. The former United Coach of the Year now leads all the scheduling and field assignments of the club.

Gerard is at the fields everyday and helps in many capacities — all focused on the well-being and development of both the players and coaches. A former high-level amateur player from Trinidad, Gerard brings and international flair and care to his work at United.

Hal Uderitz IS UNITED. The United Boys Representative has over 10 years experience at the board level and 30-plus years as a soccer parent and administrator, Hal has been the man with the plan and has been the driving force behind most club growth developments.

As a parent, Hal’s three sons have played soccer at NCAA and MLS levels and his oldest boys, Scott and Todd, now coach in the club. There is not a day that goes by where Hal is not at the fields working to make Snohomish Youth Soccer great. Hal holds positions as a key administrator at the club, association and district levels in Washington Youth Soccer.

Greg Chase is the newest member of the United Committee and a long-time respected premier coach for our club. As the Girls Representative, Greg brings a fresh approach to the club’s leadership and relates well to the coaching staff and the needs of the players.

Greg is highly visible and accessible for the parents, players and coaching staff at United.
